Purchasing for an organisation?

ACCCo supports organisational purchasing, including invoices and purchase orders. If your finance team requires an invoice, simply submit an invoice request with the resources or bundle you would like to purchase and the number of sites requiring access.

Invoice Orders — Resources purchased by invoice will be supplied once payment has been received. Your licence and resource access will reflect the package and number of sites shown on the paid invoice.

Can my organisation purchase by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. ACCCo supports organisational purchasing, including invoices and purchase orders.

If your organisation cannot purchase directly through the website or requires internal finance approval, submit an invoice request with the resources or bundle you would like to purchase, the number of sites requiring access, your organisation information and billing details.

If your organisation uses purchase orders, include the purchase order number or email the purchase order document to hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com after submitting your request.

Resources are supplied once payment has been received. Your licence and resource access will reflect the package and number of sites shown on the paid invoice.

When will I receive my resources if I order by invoice?

Resources are supplied once payment has been received and cleared. Once payment is received, we'll send your resource access/download information and licence details. Your licence will reflect exactly what was purchased and the number of sites listed on the paid invoice.
