We may collect, hold and use personal information to:

5. Digital Resource Delivery Through Filemail
Filemail will be used by Aged Care Capability Co. to deliver purchased digital resources to the email address nominated by the customer.
When you place an order, request delivery or provide a nominated resource-delivery email address, ACCCo may provide Filemail with information reasonably necessary to complete that delivery.
This may include:
- your nominated email address;
- your name or organisation name where required;
- information associated with the transfer;
- the digital resources you have purchased; and
- a message or other information required to identify or deliver your order.
Filemail may then send an email to the nominated email address containing a link that allows the recipient to access or download the purchased ACCCo resources.
By purchasing resources from ACCCo and nominating an email address for delivery, you acknowledge that the nominated email address and relevant delivery information will be provided to Filemail for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
If you nominate another person's email address, such as an employee, manager, educator or organisational contact, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to provide that email address for this purpose.
Filemail operates as an independent third-party technology provider and processes information in accordance with its own terms, privacy practices and security arrangements.
ACCCo does not sell your nominated email address to Filemail and does not provide it to Filemail for Filemail's independent direct marketing purposes. The information is provided for the purpose of delivering the resources you have purchased and administering that delivery.
6. File Delivery and Download Information
The use of a digital file-transfer service may generate technical information relating to a transfer, such as:
- whether a transfer has been sent;
- whether files have been accessed or downloaded;
- transfer dates and times;
- file information;
- expiry information; and
- other technical information generated through the delivery process.
ACCCo may use available delivery information for legitimate business purposes such as confirming successful fulfilment, assisting customers with delivery problems, investigating unauthorised distribution or managing site licences.
We will not use delivery information to unnecessarily monitor individual staff members.
7. Ecommerce and Website Service Providers
ACCCo may use third-party providers to operate parts of our website and ecommerce systems.
These providers may process information where necessary to:
- display and operate our online store;
- process orders;
- maintain customer and transaction records;
- provide website hosting;
- process payments;
- prevent fraudulent transactions;
- send transactional communications; and
- support website functionality.
Information provided to these service providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary for them to perform the relevant service.
8. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
Depending on the payment method selected, the payment provider may collect information such as:
- your name;
- billing address;
- email address;
- payment method; and
- card or financial information.
ACCCo does not necessarily receive or store your complete credit or debit card details when payments are processed through a third-party payment provider.
Payment providers handle financial information according to their own privacy and security practices.
9. Invoice Purchases
If you request an invoice, we may collect information required to prepare and administer that invoice, including:

- the purchasing organisation;
- the resources purchased;
- the licence level purchased;
- the number of sites covered;
- order dates;
- invoice or transaction details; and
- correspondence regarding the licence.
This information may be used to administer the licence, answer future licence enquiries and ensure appropriate use of ACCCo resources.

12. Overseas Processing and Storage
Some third-party technology providers used by ACCCo may operate or store information using infrastructure located outside Australia.
This means that, depending on the providers and services used, personal information may be processed or stored overseas.
For example, third-party ecommerce, cloud, payment, email, analytics or file-transfer services may use international infrastructure.
Where reasonably practicable, ACCCo takes into account the privacy and security practices of the service providers it selects.
Customers should be aware that overseas privacy laws may differ from Australian privacy laws.

- browser type;
- referral source;
- session duration;

If you subscribe to marketing communications or where we are otherwise permitted to contact you under applicable law, we may send information about:
- new ACCCo resources;
- new educational topics;

- updates; and
- other relevant ACCCo products or services.
Marketing emails will include an appropriate way to unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional communications necessary to fulfil an order, provide an invoice, deliver a resource or respond to an enquiry.
16. Transactional Communications
When you purchase from ACCCo, we may send communications necessary to complete or administer your purchase.
These may include:
- order confirmations;

- resource delivery notifications;
- Filemail delivery emails;
- download information;
- licence information;
- replacement delivery links;
- customer support messages; and
- important information relating to resources you have purchased.
These communications are separate from marketing communications.
17. Security of Personal Information
ACCCo takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from:
- misuse;
- interference;
- loss;
- unauthorised access;
- unauthorised modification; and
- unauthorised disclosure.
We may use a combination of technical, administrative and organisational safeguards.
However, no website, email system, cloud platform or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers should also take reasonable steps to protect their own accounts, devices, email addresses and download links.
18. Resource Delivery Security
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address nominated for delivery is correct and appropriately secure.
Where a Filemail link or other secure delivery link is sent to the nominated address, customers should avoid:
- publicly posting the link;
- forwarding it outside the licensed organisation;
- sharing it with unauthorised people; or
- otherwise allowing access beyond the applicable ACCCo site licence.
If you believe a resource-delivery link has been compromised, contact:

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may securely delete, destroy or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal and business record-keeping requirements.
Digital resources transferred through third-party delivery services may be subject to separate storage and expiry periods determined by the applicable service provider and the transfer settings used.
20. Accessing Your Personal Information
You may contact us to request access to personal information ACCCo holds about you.
Requests can be made by emailing:
hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com
We may need to verify your identity before providing access.
There may be limited circumstances where access cannot be provided. If this occurs, we will explain the reason where appropriate and required by law.
21. Correcting Your Information
We want the information we hold to be accurate and up to date.
If you believe personal information we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete or outdated, contact:
hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com
We will take reasonable steps to review and, where appropriate, correct the information.

24. Data Breaches
If ACCCo becomes aware of unauthorised access to or disclosure of personal information, we will assess the circumstances and take reasonable steps to contain and respond to the incident.
Where notification is required under applicable privacy legislation, affected individuals and the relevant regulator will be notified as required.
25. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
ACCCo is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information to them.
