How site licensing works
A site licence allows the purchasing organisation to use the selected ACCCo resources across the number of physical aged-care sites included in the licence. Resources may be shared internally with relevant staff at those licensed sites but must not be distributed to unlicensed sites, unrelated organisations or external parties.
What your licence includes
- Printing: Print and distribute resources to staff at your licensed sites for in-house education sessions.
- Internal sharing: Share resources internally via email, shared drives or your organisation's internal networks at licensed sites.
- LMS use: Upload resources to your organisation's learning management system for staff at licensed sites.
- Facilitator use: Educators, clinical managers and team leaders at licensed sites can facilitate sessions using the resources.
- Multi-site organisations: The licence covers the number of physical aged-care locations selected. Staff numbers within each licensed site are not restricted.
- Adding new sites: Need to add sites later? Contact us to upgrade your licence tier.
- Bundle licensing: Bundle licences apply to the same number of sites across all resources included in your bundle.
- Invoice purchasing: Invoices and purchase orders are available for organisational purchases. Resources are supplied once payment has been received.

If your organisation requires an invoice, purchase order or internal approval before purchasing, contact us and we can assist.
Invoice Orders — Resources purchased by invoice will be supplied once payment has been received. Your licence and resource access will reflect the package and number of sites shown on the paid invoice.

Purchasing for multiple sites?
We can provide invoices for single-site and multi-site licences.
If you are purchasing for a larger organisation, tell us the number of sites and resources required and we can confirm the appropriate licence and invoice amount.
How Site Licensing Works
ACCCo resources are licensed according to the number of aged-care sites that will use the resource — not the number of individual staff members. Simply select the site-licence tier that covers your organisation when purchasing.
What is a site licence?+
A site licence gives your organisation permission to use the purchased ACCCo resource across the number of aged-care sites covered by your selected licence.
For example, if you purchase a 4–6 site licence, the resource may be used internally across up to six sites within your organisation.
Is the licence based on the number of employees?+
No. ACCCo does not charge per employee, learner or staff member.
The licence is based on the number of organisational sites using the resource. This means all relevant staff working within a licensed site can access and use the resource for internal education and workforce development.
What counts as a site?+
A site generally means an individual aged-care facility, service location or organisational location where the ACCCo resource will be used.
If your organisation has a structure that does not fit neatly within this definition, contact ACCCo and we can help determine the appropriate licence.
What site-licence options are available?+
ACCCo offers the following licence tiers:
- 1 site
- 2–3 sites
- 4–6 sites
- 7–10 sites
- 11–15 sites
- 16–20 sites
- 21–30 sites
- 31+ sites
The customer simply selects the tier covering the total number of sites that will use the purchased resource.
Can everyone at our licensed site use the resource?+
Yes. Staff working within a licensed site can use the purchased resource for internal education, training and workforce-development purposes.
There is no additional charge based on the number of staff participating in the education.
Can we use the resource at more than one facility?+
Yes, provided you purchase the appropriate multi-site licence.
For example, an organisation operating five residential aged-care homes would select the 4–6 site licence.
What if our organisation has 31 or more sites?+
Select the 31+ sites option, tick the resources you need in the checklist, and submit an enquiry — we'll come back to you with a tailored quote.
Can we share the resource with another organisation?+
No. ACCCo resources are licensed to the purchasing organisation and the number of sites included in that licence.
Resources must not be forwarded, distributed, resold or shared with another organisation or with sites that are not covered by the purchased licence.
Can we email the resource to staff?+
Yes. Resources may be distributed internally to staff working within the sites covered by your licence for legitimate education and workforce-development purposes.
They must not be distributed outside the licensed organisation or uploaded somewhere that allows public or unauthorised access.
Can we upload ACCCo resources to our internal LMS or intranet?+
Yes, provided access is restricted to staff within the sites covered by your purchased licence.
Resources must not be placed on publicly accessible websites, shared drives or platforms where people outside the licensed organisation can access them.
Do I need to purchase a licence for every staff member attending training?+
No.
One appropriately sized site licence covers internal use of the purchased resource by staff across the licensed site or sites.
How does site licensing work when purchasing a bundle?+
The same site-licensing principle applies to bundles.
Select the resources you would like in your bundle and then select the site tier covering the number of locations where those resources will be used.
For example:
Any 10 Resources + 7–10 Site Licence
means the organisation has purchased those 10 selected resources for internal use across up to 10 licensed sites.
What if we open another site after purchasing?+
If your organisation grows beyond the number of sites covered by your existing licence, contact ACCCo to arrange an appropriate licence upgrade before using the resources at the additional site.
Can different sites choose different resources?+
If an organisation purchases a bundle under a multi-site licence, the selected bundle resources are licensed across the number of sites covered by that purchase.
If different locations require completely different resource selections, contact ACCCo for assistance with the best purchasing option.
Can we print the resources?+
Yes. Resources may be printed for internal education and workforce-development activities at the sites covered by your licence.
Printed copies must not be commercially reproduced, resold or distributed outside the licensed organisation.
Does purchasing a licence transfer ownership of the resources to us?+
No. Purchasing provides your organisation with permission to use the resources according to the ACCCo licence terms.
