Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ACCCo resources, licensing, delivery and usage.
About ACCCo & Our Resources
What is Aged Care Capability Co.?+
Aged Care Capability Co. (ACCCo) creates practical, evidence-informed education resources designed specifically for Australian aged care teams.
Our resources are designed to help organisations deliver consistent, high-quality education without spending hours developing training materials from scratch.
What is included with each education resource?+
Most ACCCo education resources include a ready-to-use PowerPoint presentation, facilitator guide, learner guide or workbook, practical tools or reference sheets where relevant, and a source list.
The exact inclusions are listed on each individual product page.
Who are the resources designed for?+
ACCCo resources are designed for people working across residential aged care, including:
- Registered nurses
- Enrolled nurses
- Care workers
- Clinical leaders
- Educators
- Quality and governance teams
- Care managers
- Facility managers
- Other aged care professionals
Some resources are developed specifically for particular roles or levels of responsibility. This will be identified in the relevant product description.
Are the resources specific to Australian aged care?+
Yes.
ACCCo resources are developed with the Australian aged care environment in mind and draw on relevant Australian standards, legislation, regulatory guidance and recognised evidence sources where appropriate.
Purchasing, Pricing & Bundles
Can I purchase just one resource?+
Yes.
There is no requirement to purchase a bundle or subscription. Individual resources can be purchased separately.
Do you offer resource bundles?+
Yes.
Bundles allow organisations to purchase multiple resources together at a reduced overall cost.
Depending on the bundle selected, you can choose the topics that are most relevant to your organisation and workforce.
Do I need a subscription?+
No.
ACCCo does not require an ongoing subscription to continue using resources you have purchased.
You pay for the resource and site licence you require without being locked into ongoing monthly or annual subscription fees.
Why aren't ACCCo resources priced at thousands of dollars each?+
ACCCo was created to make practical, high-quality aged care education more accessible.
Aged care organisations already face significant workforce, education, compliance and operational pressures. ACCCo provides ready-to-use education resources that reduce preparation time while remaining financially accessible to organisations of different sizes.
We believe quality education resources should support aged care teams rather than consume a significant portion of an organisation's education budget.
Site Licensing
How does site licensing work?+
ACCCo resources are licensed according to the number of aged care sites or facilities that will use the resource.
A single-site licence permits use within one nominated site.
If a resource will be used across multiple facilities, the appropriate multi-site licence must be purchased.
The licence relates to the number of sites using the resource, not simply the number of people who originally purchase or download it.
Can our head office purchase one copy and share it across all of our facilities?+
Only where the licence purchased covers all facilities receiving or accessing the resource.
A single-site purchase does not provide permission for a head office, regional office or central education team to distribute the resource across multiple facilities.
If resources will be shared across an organisation, the appropriate multi-site licence must be purchased.
How are site licences tracked?+
Site licences are recorded against the purchasing organisation and the number of sites authorised under the licence purchased.
ACCCo may retain relevant order, purchaser and licensing records for the purpose of administering and verifying authorised use of its resources.
To assist in preventing unauthorised distribution or licence sharing, secure delivery links may be subject to a fixed or limited number of downloads. These controls are intended to support licence compliance and reduce the risk of resources being forwarded, duplicated or accessed beyond the scope of the licence purchased.
Resources may only be used within the organisation and number of sites covered by the applicable licence. Distribution to additional sites, facilities, related entities or external organisations without the appropriate licence is not permitted and may constitute a breach of ACCCo's licence terms.
ACCCo may request reasonable information to verify the sites using the resources where there is a legitimate licensing or compliance concern.
Where an organisation requires use across additional sites, the relevant licence must be upgraded before the resources are distributed or made accessible to those locations.
Why is there a limit on the number of downloads?+
Download limits are used as a licence-protection measure.
Secure delivery links may have a set number of permitted downloads to help reduce unauthorised forwarding, external distribution and licence sharing.
The limit does not change the organisation's right to use the purchased resource within the sites covered by its licence.
If a legitimate purchaser experiences an issue accessing their files, they can contact ACCCo for assistance.
Using Your Resources
Can I share the resources with colleagues?+
Resources may be shared internally with staff working within the site or sites covered by the licence purchased.
They must not be forwarded to staff at additional facilities, separate organisations, contractors or other parties who are not covered by the applicable licence.
Can we upload resources to our internal learning management system?+
Yes, provided access is restricted to staff working within the site or sites covered by the purchased licence.
Resources must not be uploaded to publicly accessible websites, unrestricted shared drives, public learning platforms or systems that provide access to facilities outside the scope of the licence.
Can I use the resources for staff education sessions?+
Yes.
ACCCo resources are specifically designed to support practical workforce education.
Depending on the resource, materials may be used for:
- Staff education sessions
- In-services
- Orientation
- Professional development
- Team discussions
- Clinical education
- Targeted capability building
- Quality improvement activities
Can I edit the resources?+
Resources may be adapted where necessary to incorporate organisation-specific information, policies, procedures or local processes.
ACCCo branding, copyright notices and licensing information must not be removed.
Resources must not be substantially reproduced, repackaged, rebranded, resold or presented as another organisation's original intellectual property.
Can I remove the ACCCo branding?+
No.
ACCCo branding, copyright notices and licensing information form part of the resource and must remain in place.
Purchasing a resource provides a licence to use the material. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the intellectual property.
Can I resell or redistribute ACCCo resources?+
No.
ACCCo resources remain the intellectual property of Aged Care Capability Co.
Resources must not be resold, commercially redistributed, uploaded publicly, reproduced for sale or supplied to organisations or sites outside the scope of the purchased licence.
Enterprise & Multi-Site Licensing
Can I purchase resources for 31 or more sites?+
Yes.
Organisations requiring access across a large number of sites can contact ACCCo to discuss an appropriate licensing arrangement.
Please contact hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com for large organisation or enterprise licensing enquiries.
What if our organisation adds another facility after purchasing?+
If an additional site will use or access the resources, the licence must be upgraded to cover the additional facility before the resources are distributed to that site.
Contact hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com to arrange the appropriate licence upgrade.
Delivery & Access
How will I receive my resources?+
Resources are delivered electronically to the email address nominated with the order.
You will receive a secure Filemail delivery containing the files included in your purchase.
Please ensure the email address supplied at checkout is correct and accessible.
Why are resources delivered through a secure link?+
Secure file delivery helps protect ACCCo resources and provides a more controlled method of distributing purchased materials.
Delivery links may include expiry periods or download limits to help prevent unauthorised sharing.
When will I receive my order?+
Orders are prepared and delivered electronically following purchase.
Digital education resources are delivered by secure Filemail link to your nominated email within two business days of payment being received. Invoice orders are delivered once payment has been received. If you have not received your files within two business days of payment, contact hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com with your order details.
What if I don't receive my files?+
First check your spam, junk and filtered email folders.
If your delivery has not arrived within the stated fulfilment timeframe, contact hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com with your order details.
What if my download link expires?+
If you are the legitimate purchaser and your secure delivery link has expired before you have been able to access your files, contact hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com.
ACCCo may verify the original purchase before providing further access. A link expiring does not end your purchased one-off resource licence — your licence continues under the Site Licence & Terms of Use.
Invoicing, Quotes & Samples
What if I need an invoice instead of paying online?+
Organisations requiring an invoice, purchase order process or internal approval before payment can contact ACCCo.
Email hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com with the resources required, the number of sites and relevant billing information.
Resources purchased via invoice are supplied once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.
Can ACCCo provide a quote?+
Yes.
Quotes can be provided for organisations purchasing multiple resources, bundles, multi-site licences or resources across larger provider networks.
Contact hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com with your requirements.
Can I see a sample before purchasing?+
Sample pages may be available for selected resources so purchasers can review the format, presentation style and level of detail before purchasing.
Where available, samples will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Accreditation & Qualifications
Are ACCCo resources accredited training?+
Unless specifically stated otherwise, ACCCo resources are professional education and workforce development materials and are not nationally recognised or accredited training.
Organisations remain responsible for determining how each resource fits within their own mandatory training, competency assessment and professional development requirements.
Will staff receive a formal qualification after completing an ACCCo resource?+
No, unless specifically stated otherwise.
ACCCo resources support workplace education and capability development. They do not generally result in a nationally recognised qualification, statement of attainment or formal professional credential.
Clinical, Legal & Compliance
Are ACCCo resources clinical advice?+
No.
ACCCo resources are provided for education and professional development purposes.
They do not replace individual clinical assessment, professional judgement, medical advice, organisational policies and procedures, escalation pathways, care planning, or applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
Do ACCCo resources replace organisational policies and procedures?+
No.
Resources are intended to support education and workforce capability.
Organisations remain responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing their own policies, procedures, clinical governance systems and operational requirements.
What happens if aged care standards, legislation or clinical guidance change?+
Aged care legislation, regulatory guidance, professional standards and clinical evidence continue to evolve.
ACCCo aims to develop resources using reliable and contemporary information available at the time of publication.
Organisations and practitioners remain responsible for referring to current legislation, regulatory guidance, professional standards and local organisational policies when applying information in practice.
Are sources included?+
Where applicable, ACCCo education resources include a source list identifying key references used in the development of the material.
Sources may include Australian Government publications, regulatory guidance, professional organisations, clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed evidence.
Can ACCCo resources be used during accreditation or quality improvement activities?+
Resources may support workforce education, quality improvement and capability-building activities relevant to accreditation and organisational governance.
However, purchasing or using an ACCCo resource does not guarantee compliance, accreditation outcomes or regulatory approval.
Organisations remain responsible for demonstrating their own systems, practices, evidence and compliance.
Do you create customised education resources?+
ACCCo welcomes enquiries about specific workforce education needs and emerging aged care topics.
If there is a topic you would like to see developed, contact hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com.
Suggestions may also be considered when planning future ACCCo resources.

If you believe you have made an error with your order, contact hello@agedcarecapabilityco.com as soon as possible.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Can I get a refund?+
Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in ACCCo's terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Who owns the resources after purchase?+
Aged Care Capability Co. retains ownership and copyright of its resources.
